NHL Breakaway '98

Type in the following codes during gameplay
-------------------------------------------
Enter the player creation screen and define a new player
with the following attributes:

Kelly Ryan (name), 150 (weight), Forward (position),
1 (jersey number), and any height.

Exit, then re-enter the screen. The newly created player
will have 99 points for all attributes. The name, weight,
height, and jersey number may now be edited to any value.
