Note: This procedure involves editing a game file; create a backup copy of the file
before proceeding. Enter the "data" directory in the game folder.
There are three files that start with "ROAD*". Copy the existing ROAD131 file to a
backup, then rename one of the other "ROAD*" files to "ROAD131".
