Unlock all levels
Open with text editor the rebels.cfg file into your game directory.
Edit the following part of the rebels.cfg file:

language=english
autovisibility=1
displayhints=1
subtitles=1
tooltips=1
tooltipdelay=0.000000
Save, after run game as usual and you will have access to all levels.
