At the main menu, press Up, Down, L, R, L, R, L, Left, Right, X(2), Y(2), B(2),
L, Up, Down, L, R, L, R, Up(2), Down, Start, Select to unlock all extras. If you
entered the code correctly, you will hear a sound.

All episodes and Free Play mode:

Play as Azrael:

Successfully complete the game (all three chapters) to unlock Azrael for
purchase for 1.5 million Studs at the Batcave.

Play as Huntress:

Successfully complete the game (all three chapters) to unlock Huntress for
purchase for 200,000 Studs at the Batcave.

Villain Hunt mini-game:
-----------------------
Successfully complete all three Villain chapters at Arkham Asylum to unlock the
Villain Hunt mini-game.

Faster ending sequence:
-----------------------
While the Studs are being totaled during the ending sequence, press A to skip
the animation. You will still get credited for the Studs you earned and will get
through the process faster.
