Constructor - Game cheats, tips and tricks for Nintendo64
If you want 100 white marks here is the way to do it.
1) Build any house on a block.
2) Don't up-grade it.
3) Build a hippie commune on the same block.
4) The council will then tell you to upgrade the house, by
up-grading the house you receive 100 white marks.
