Extra Credits

After escorting a ship to its destination, hang around
after you are paid. The ship and the others will destroy
the enemies for you, also leaving credits behind.
Unlimited Lives
---------------
You need at least 2 controllers for this code. On Controller
#3, hold Start at the Title screen. Then on Controller #4,
press A, B, A, B, Up, Down.
Never Die
---------
Right after your last ship explodes, press Start on Controller
#2. Then quit as Player 2 and Player 1 will be able to continue
to play.
