At the "Saved Profiles" screen which appears immediately after the title screen,
select any empty profile. Next, select any rider and enter any of the following
codes at the "Name YOur Rider" screen that follows. A special message will appear
upon correct entry of each cheat.

ROADKILL-Unlock all tracks
GENERALLEE-Unlock all vehicles
DOUBLEBARREL-Unlock all challenges
