Enter the "\program files\microsoft game\combat flight simulator\missions"
directory. Rename the "special.mi_" file to "special.mis". Rename the
"team.mi_" file to "team.mis". Start the game and enter the single missions
list with the "Show all missions" option selected. The secret missions are
"Camel Caravan", where you must fly a Sopwith Camel and attack a ground base,
and "Team Outing" which is a very large team-based level with each plane named
after a game developer.
