Control ball movement
Press [Esc], then press J at the "Exit" prompt. The cursor keys may now be used to move the ball when game play resumes.
Bonus ball
Begin game play, press [Esc] and type ball.
Multi-ball
Press [Esc], B, N.

Press [Esc], F9.
