Tour of duty

Hold option down, and while still holding option down, select "Tour of Duty" if you do it right, you should get a box that asks for the mission numberand player type. Don't worry about the player type, just pick the number of a mission that you want.

Pull my finger

If you type "pull my finger" on any training mission your plane blows up!
